Hi! My expertise is in image analysis and machine learning. For details, see https://hci.iwr.uni-heidelberg.de/people/fhamprec (Outside science, I love cycling.)

I really hope we get many data contributions on this platform, so we can help you by doing what we are best at.

I will be happy to either help you myself, or connect you with someone who can.

Just go ahead and post your data and / or questions!

Hi, I’m a computer vision and machine learning expert, typically working on biological image data and movies. (www.mpi-cbg.de/jug)
I hope this platform will not be needed much but want to be prepared for the worst case.
Let’s be strong together!

I am a computational/systems biology. In our group (www.saezlab.org) we have broad expertise in the analysis of molecular (Omics) data to dissect mechanisms of disease and drug mode of action. I also co-direct the DREAM Challenges, a Crowdsourcing effort (www.dreamchallenges.org), that can help to reach out to a large community. Happy to help where we can!

Data scientist myself in different times, but probably too busy for that role in the time to come - therefore here as data provider. Speaker for AI/IT at the German Center for Infection Research (www.dzif.de), coordinator of the COVID-19 task force of the German Society for Infectious Diseases (www.dgi-net.de), consultant hematology/oncology and infectious diseases at University Hospital Frankfurt https://www.kgu.de/einrichtungen/kliniken/zentrum-der-inneren-medizin/medizinische-klinik-2-haematologie-onkologie-haemostaseologie-rheumatologie-infektiologiehiv/leitung-oberaerztinnen-oberaerzte/

Most importantly, we’re working day and night on https://leoss.net and hope we can give you the first small dataset to play with next week. Check out the complex anonymization steps and that the first dataset will probably be heavily aggregated, but will be come deeper and more relevant the more cases we get. Thus: We need your support! Stray the word, endorse us, follow us on Twitter @LEOSS_CoV_2. info@leoss.net will provide answers almost 24/7.

We need to beat this. Just came out of a briefing with Italian colleagues, I am more concerned than ever.

Hi everyone,
I am a PhD student in Machine Learning at MPI-IS in Tübingen. I work mostly in representation learning using biological data (sequencing, high throughput imaging, phenotypic data, and so on) from cancer cells.
My focus is on deep learning, and I mostly use python and pytorch.
Looking forward to working with you all!
